Red laterite soils are the most suitable lands for the cultivation of red sanders geographically it is confined to some parts of Nellore, Prakasam, Chittoor and Cuddapah districts of Andhara Pradesh. In natural habitat the trees experiences hot dry climate with temperatures ranging from 11.70 to 46.10C.

As Red sanders is a precious tree it would require more security measures (i) 24X7 Watch Men Security (ii) Diamond Fencing and the thorny plants will be grown around fencing. (iii) Currently the available technology is Hitachi anamoly detection chips. we provide those chips for every tree.

No, Company will look after all the maintenance and expenses like security, Cultivation, harvesting and Marketing of harvested wood.

All the property right exist with the customer. Customers is free to transfer or change the ownership. But the new owner must comply the original lease agreement with the company.

When the tree attains a height of 25 feet of and the girth of 20 to 30 CM the heart wood formation occurs. usually it takes 5 years, after then the desired quantity of heart wood formed for the commercial gain the tree will be harvested.

Sandal trees can be grown in all types of soil except marshy land. It needs at least 15 to 20 years to procure sandal wood from the tree. A tree may be cut after attaining a girth (circumference) of 2½ to 3 feet at the chest height of the tree. The hearth wood starts developing after 7 years.

We will take care of all the permissions required to harvest the Red Sandal farm land and marketing the harvested sandalwood.

At least of 300 – 500 kg of wood can be obtained from a tree of average age of 15 years.

As per the recent government auction the A grade material is valued and sold at 1 crore per tonne and B Grade at 50 lakhs and C grade at 30 lakhs per tonne

A grade :- i) Short, deep, wavy grain patterns predominently visible ii) The surface of the log gives ripple reflection iii) Logs sound or nearly sound with very few or no defects.
B grade :- i) Medium deep wavy grain patterns clearly visible.
C grade :- i) Less wavy grain patterns on the surface.

Yes, A minimal of 5 percent to 8 percent is taxable to the Government. It will be shared between both the parties.

After the Red sanders harvest and sharing the benefits the land will be handed over to the respective customers or will go for the next crop with the agreement of the customers.
