Sudhena was incorporated in 2017 and is named as the most trusted Red Sandalwood Plantation developer in the farmlands sector. Our core management team has over 30 years of experience in farmland trading and 7+ years of experience in Red Sandalwood farmlands development. Currently, we manage 350+ acres of Red Sandalwood farmlands in various stages of development. We operate our company with a focus on providing farmlands with diverse plantations in carefully chosen areas and plan to enter into contractual farming in the near future.
We see an opportunity in the declining human presence in the agriculture and agroforestry sector in India. With the government taking measures to conserve forests and reserve natural resources, Sudhena has established a suitable business model by combining real estate and agroforestry. Sudhena has chosen Red Sanders, a precious and rare species, for plantation and has started cultivating it on a larger scale.
